On the Professional plan, the portal is at portal.yourcompany.com and emails go out as closer@yourcompany.com. For email intake, your team cc’s the same closer@ address they use today, so there are no tracking addresses in anyone’s inbox. Professional is fully white label: no “Powered by ClosingThread” or “Want a tracker like this” links in your portal or emails.
