ClosingThread provides a hosted deal-tracking portal for real estate closings in Florida. Contact: hello@closingthread.com. ClosingThread is a product of F&R Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”).
Each deal is visible only to the people authorized on that deal: the customer’s staff on the file and the parties they invite.
When a customer turns on email intake, messages forwarded from their own closer@ address are processed automatically to suggest updates. Each customer’s system is isolated, and no ClosingThread staff read the messages as part of the service. AI-assisted features are off by default. Before we turn on an AI feature for a customer, we tell that customer which AI service provider processes the messages and under what data terms, and we only use providers that do not train their models on customer data.
The portal has no place for wiring instructions, and we ask customers not to upload IDs, bank statements or loan applications.
Closed deals and their documents are deleted 90 days after closing. When an account ends, the customer can export its data for 30 days. After that, all customer and deal data for the account is permanently deleted, including copies held in backups, and cannot be recovered. We do not keep backups of your data beyond that 30-day period.
We use a small number of service providers to run ClosingThread, each only for its specific function and under its own confidentiality and security commitments:
We do not sell personal information and do not use deal data for advertising.
Parties can ask the company running their deal to remove them. Requests to us: hello@closingthread.com.
Data is encrypted in transit, documents are stored privately and served only through short-lived signed links after an access check, and access to each deal is recorded in that deal’s audit trail. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with its effective date and, for material changes, notify customers by email or in the service before they take effect. This version is effective October 10, 2026.
