An open deal on your portal during the month. Starter covers up to 8 a month and Professional up to 20. On Starter, an occasional month over 8 is fine. If you go over 8 in two consecutive months, you move to Professional. If you regularly run more than 20, contact us for higher-volume pricing.
Setting up your own domain, your brand, your staff and your workflow takes real work on both sides. A year gives your team and your regular agents and lenders time to make the portal a habit. After the first 12 months, the plan continues month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice before your next billing date.
Yes. Starter runs at yourname.closingthread.com, month to month. When you move to Professional, the same portal moves to portal.yourcompany.com, emails start going out as closer@yourcompany.com, and the ClosingThread links come off. Professional’s 12-month commitment starts on the date you upgrade.
No. Agents sign up with their Florida license and email, no card. The plan is free for 5 deals or 90 days, whichever comes first, then $30 a month.
No. The agent plan requires an active Florida real estate sales associate or broker license, checked at sign-up.
